Birthday Cards

Hello to all my lovely friends and visitors. I'd like to share a birthday card I made for a male friend. When in doubt, those sexy Kenny K. images are always a hit with the men! She is colored with copics and the papers are all from my scrap pile. I've had those embellishments for years and it's nice to finally be able to use them.

This Saturated Canary cutie is perfect for a birthday/Thanksgiving Day card for a friend. I must say I prefer the rubber stamps to digital....I really don't like the way she printed off my computer. I prefer the stamped image! She appears to be slightly blurry, or maybe it's because my eyes are still dilated????!!!!!
Wishing you a fabulous afternoon and evening. Love and hugs, Christina

Day Before Christmas Edwin

Good Morning to everyone! I just received my Magnolia kit the other day, so, of course, I had to make a card featuring this darling Edwin. He is colored with copics. He was peeking around the Christmas tree and you know what he found???? Yes, a treat card with his favorite chocolate.

Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy a beautiful Sunday. Hugs, Christina

A Meeting of Two Crafting Friends

I know my Facebook friends have already seen these pictures, but I wanted to post this especially for my friend, Sandy, who is not on Facebook. I had the opportunity to personally meet my talented blogging friend, Kelly Neis, this past weekend. It was such a pleasure to meet this beautiful lady and her wonderful family. We had a fun day shopping at a crafting store in St. Cloud and then we went out to lunch at a Mexican restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious lunch. The highlight was seeing her beautiful craft room. I think she needs to come to my house and help me organize mine!!! How about it, Kelly????? I have to show you the beautiful tag and the most special bezel pins she fashioned for me, one featuring Buddy and the other featuring my husband on the swing he recently built. Thank you so much, Kelly!

We decided to stay an extra day so we could see the hunting land and cozy cabin purchased recently by my daughter and son-in-law. It's a lovely retreat for them and a huge playground for the dogs.

My son's birthday is coming up, so I wanted to fashion a card around the supersized chocolate bar I purchased at a Lindt party.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Your comments always make me happy. Love and hugs, Christina

Book Cards.....with treats

Good Morning to everyone.....it's the end of the week and the weekend is at hand! Today, I'd like to share a couple of book cards I made with treats. I recently went to a Lindt Party and, of course, bought too much.....I've always been weak around chocolate! Anyway, it's well hidden from my hubby....I have a little more self restraint. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm! My first card features the beautiful Pion papers from last year...love, love those gorgeous papers!

My second card features a lovely special Tilda from the Australian collection. The papers are from BoBunny's Jazmyne Collection, purchased several years ago. Those are some of my favorite papers.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I appreciate your support. Enjoy your weekend. Hugs, Christina
